• Reservations begin at the scheduled start time, not arrival time.

• Late arrivals result in reduced lane time.

• Reservations are held for 15 minutes past the start time.

Minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times, with a supervision ratio of one adult per six children.

This policy is enforced at the discretion of Level Up Bowl & Bistro Management and may be modified for special events.

Items left behind are held for up to 48 hours. After this window, unclaimed items may be disposed of or donated.

If you believe you left something behind, please contact us as soon as possible.

Pets are not permitted inside Level Up Bowl & Bistro. Certified service animals are welcome per ADA guidelines. Pets may be brought to the outdoor patio and must remain leashed and under control at all times.

Level Up Bowl & Bistro maintains a premium in-house food and beverage program. Outside food is not permitted without prior approval.

Exceptions may be made for Kosher or specialized vegan meals with advance notice and are subject to an Outside Food Fee.

All outside food must be pre-approved by management.

We are an allergy-friendly facility but cannot 100% guarantee cross-contamination. All fried items use the same oil (canola) and are prepped in the same kitchen. Guests with severe food allergies should bring their own food.
